  1. Core business: Providing online display, customized solution design, quotation, order processing, production tracking and logistics services for corporate gifts.
  2. Customization process: User submits requirements → Customer service confirmation → Solution design → Sample confirmation → Contract signing → Production and manufacturing → Quality inspection → Logistics and distribution → After-sales service.
  3. Sample Policy: We offer sample services at a cost that varies depending on the product. Sample fees can be deducted from bulk orders.
  4. Service Changes: We reserve the right to modify, suspend or terminate some or all of our services at any time, but will notify users in advance.
  5. Service limitations: We do not provide retail services to individual consumers; we only serve corporate, government, and other organizational clients.

4. Orders and Payments

  1. Order Process: An order is formally established after it is placed on the website or a written contract is signed. We reserve the right to refuse any order.
  2. Pricing Policy: All prices are denominated in RMB, and prices including tax will be clearly indicated. Prices may be adjusted due to factors such as raw material costs and quantity; the final price will be based on the quotation.
  3. Payment methods: Bank transfer, check, letter of credit, etc. are accepted. A 30%-50% deposit is generally required in advance, with the balance due before shipment.
  4. Delivery time: 7-10 business days for standard products, 10-15 business days for customized products. Delivery time for large orders will be negotiated separately.
  5. Acceptance criteria: The user should inspect the goods within 3 working days of receipt. If there are any quality issues, photographic evidence must be provided and the issue raised within 7 days.
  6. Return and Exchange Policy: Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a quality issue. For products with quality issues, we promise to remake them free of charge or provide a refund.

5. Intellectual Property

  1. Website Content: The intellectual property rights of all content on this website (including text, images, designs, trademarks, etc.) belong to Gift Expert and are protected by law.
